Resolved Counseling and Coaching provides solution focused, action oriented counseling, coaching and resource navigation services.

Our therapeutic orientation is integrative and person-centered, drawing from a humanistic foundation while tailoring interventions to the unique needs and experiences of each individual. We primarily utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Behavior Analysis, while also incorporating insights from psychoanalytic theory and motivational interviewing to address deeper patterns and ambivalence to change. Our work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for the client’s autonomy, with a focus on building a safe, trusting relationship as the foundation for growth. We have extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a range of neurodiverse and mental health presentations, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. We believe in meeting clients where they are and empowering them to explore their inner world, develop coping strategies, and move toward a life that aligns with their values.
